Returns are not accepted. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit only..
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging with price tag attached. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items, Jewelry, Gift Cards, custom and personalized items are not eligible.
Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit on a Juzt JAZ Boutique gift card. We do not refund back to your original form of payment unless it was a cash payment.
