Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging with price tag attached. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items, Jewelry, Gift Cards, custom and personalized items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to a Juzt JAZ Boutique gift card. We do not refund back to your original form of payment unless it was a cash payment.
Sale / Holiday items
Sale and holiday items are final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange. No exceptions.
